All sales through this site are contracts between you and MD Softech LLC.

Where we ship

We deliver within the United States only. That includes all 50 states, and we will confirm coverage for US territories and APO/FPO addresses on request.

We do not currently ship internationally. Orders placed to an address outside the United States are cancelled and refunded in full.

How we source

We buy from third-party manufacturers and work with overseas fulfilment partners, so most items ship directly from our suppliers rather than from premises we own. Dispatch and transit times vary by product, and items ordered together may arrive separately.

We say this openly because it affects how long you wait, and finding it out from a tracking page is a worse way to learn it.

Product descriptions

We write our own product descriptions rather than reusing supplier text. Where a specification is uncertain or the supplier's own figures contradict each other, we publish the more conservative number. Where a product has a genuine limitation, we say so on the product page instead of leaving you to discover it.

Measurements are taken by hand and carry small tolerances. Colours vary between screens.

Reviews

We do not write reviews, buy reviews, or offer anything in exchange for one. Any review published here came from someone who bought the product. We do not remove reviews for being unflattering, and we do not badge anything as verified unless it is.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated. Where a struck-through price appears beside a lower one, the higher figure is this store's usual selling price for that item.

Multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout with no code required, and are calculated across your whole cart rather than per product.

Intellectual property

The Tap Once name, logo, site design and written content belong to MD Softech LLC. Third-party brand names and trademarks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Errors

If we publish a wrong price, description or stock figure, we reserve the right to correct it and, where an order is affected, to cancel and refund it. We will contact you before doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and nothing here removes your rights under federal or state consumer protection law.
