Terms of Service
The rules of using this site
This website is operated by Tap Once, a trading name of MD Softech LLC. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean MD Softech LLC. Where they say "you", they mean anyone browsing or buying from this site.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have tried to write this in plain English rather than the usual wall of legal boilerplate.
1. Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for anything illegal, and you may not use this site to transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with how it works.
2. Where we ship
We deliver within the United States only. Orders placed to an address outside the US are cancelled and refunded in full. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
3. Ordering and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it, which is when we confirm dispatch β not when you receive the automated order confirmation email.
We may decline an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- Payment authorisation fails
- We have identified a pricing or description error
- The delivery address is outside the United States
- The order looks fraudulent
If we decline an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless stated. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Where a struck-through price appears beside a lower one, the higher figure is this store's usual selling price for that item. We do not inflate a fictional "was" price to manufacture a discount.
Multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout with no code needed. They are calculated across your whole cart rather than per individual product, so mixing different items still qualifies.
Card details are handled by Shopify's payment processing and encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Product information
We write our own product descriptions rather than reusing supplier text, and we take care to get them right. Where a supplier's own figures contradict each other we publish the more conservative number, and where a product has a real limitation we say so on the page.
Even so: measurements are taken by hand and carry small tolerances, and colours vary between screens. We cannot guarantee that an image is an exact representation of the item.
If we publish a wrong price, description or stock figure, we may correct it and, where an order is affected, cancel and refund it. We will contact you before doing so.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Reselling
Our products are sold for personal use. Buying to resell on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay is not permitted, and we may decline orders that appear to be for that purpose.
8. Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Comments and submissions
If you send us feedback, photographs or suggestions, you agree we may use them without payment or obligation. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not impersonate anyone.
We may remove content we consider unlawful or objectionable, but we are not obliged to monitor it.
10. Third-party tools
This site uses third-party services for things like payments, reviews and analytics. We provide access to those tools as they are, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or free of errors. We may take it down for maintenance or change it without notice.
12. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under federal or state consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Use products as intended and follow any safety guidance on the product page. Where we flag a limitation or a safety point, it is there because it matters.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Nothing here removes protections you hold under federal or state consumer law.
