Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@taponcestore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@taponcestore.com.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
