Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Everything below is what actually happens after you place an order, including the parts most stores leave out. We would rather set an expectation we can meet than one that sounds better.
• Where we ship
We deliver within the United States only — all 50 states. Get in touch before ordering if you are in a US territory or using an APO/FPO address and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
We do not currently ship internationally. If an order is placed to an address outside the United States it will be cancelled and refunded in full — no restocking fee, no argument.
• Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery estimates
Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days from the date of shipment. We don't guarantee delivery by a specific date, including holidays — but we'll always keep you posted if something changes.
